In-home massage is a more convenient alternative for some – you may have mobility issues, or simply feel more comfortable in your own space. Home massage is also popular with those pressed for time as we can work around your hours.

The downside to having treatment at home is there can be a lot of distractions that fight for your attention and prevent you from fully relaxing.

In order to get the most benefit from a massage in your home, you need to prepare yourself and your space beforehand and eliminate as many distractions as possible.

Corporate massage service packages

Do you have stressed staff? Why not treat them to one of NQ BodyFix’s corporate massage service packages?

For 15 minutes staff can sit down and feel their stress melt away.

Personnel remain fully clothed and receive their massage on an ergonomically designed massage chair or headrest, making the process both comfortable and time-efficient.

The sequence incorporates some remedial and trigger point therapy targeting neck and shoulders.

Please note: there is a two hour minimum booking fee per session.
